5. A letter to ... Elaine

This year has been a very interesting year... because my physical sister with the same blood as me became my spiritual sister in the Lord too... 18th March 2006 was the day... Elaine went up to the altar call to receive Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior. From that day, she began to live a life of spiritual hunger for the things of the Lord, and yearn to see her life change under the power of God. She started inviting friends to the house of God... and 4 or more friends were rooted into this church because of her. all in all, she's a person whose life is a testimony of how God has changed her life upside down (or downside up . =) )

She's also my best friend. We often talked about many things in our lives... It seems that we have gotten very close ever since she came to church... we don't just talk about cliche stuff... but we meant business about our emotions when we were sharing... thank God for such a sister like her.

Thank you Elaine, for the times you have encouraged me never to give up. Thank you sister, for your life testimony... showing me that it is not impossible to evangelise. Thank you for making a difference to the lives of so many people in E406, and I believe you will continue to do so in E420. Thank you for loving me as a brother of imperfections... respecting me as an elder brother by status in the house... but yet not afraid to talk to and love me as a friend... Thank you for understanding my problems and thank you for lending a listening ear when many others just simply will not. Thank you for being a friend, a good friend, my best friend. =)
