it has been 2 days since pastor talked about sleeping 6 and a 1/2 hours a day.. and i am so tiredddd..... zzzz.z.zzzz.z.z

was totally zombified at work.. had to wash my face at the washroom many times during my work... i cant take it bah.. maybe cos' i am too used to sleeping 7 hours or more le...

maybe i shldnt sleep so little. haha...
